In 2013, especially with the reciprocity law, the way for foreign investors to buy real estate in Turkey was cleared. From this point of view, we have created a promotional portal with branded housing projects. The idea developed so quickly that we, as the agency, found ourselves in a giant launch at the Çırağan Palace within 3 months, attended by almost the biggest construction brands of the industry and broadcast live by news channels. Of course, there was a serious need for such a portal. Foreign investors were interested in Turkey, but because there was no digital platform that brought all the projects together, the projects and foreigners could not reach each other. After the launch, the project generated significant revenues and was sold to various investors by MODD/group with a successful exit strategy.
The work done
All communication works such as name, logo, web portal, content production, corporate identity, conventional and digital advertising campaign design, launch organization, and all design works were carried out by MODD/group Advertising Agency.
Conclusion
Thanks to the resounding launch, MODD/group gained serious recognition, especially in the real estate sector, and doubled the number of customers in just 3 months. Our agency, which does not offer known advertising models to its customers, has managed to gather the entire real estate sector in Çırağan Palace, breaking the ground that no advertising agency has done, and seeking solutions to the problems of the sector. This is how we managed to become not just an advertising agency, but a partner who knows the problems well.
