In 2013, with the reciprocity law paving the way for foreign investors to purchase real estate in Turkey, we set out to create a promotional portal showcasing branded residential projects. The idea evolved so rapidly that within just three months, we found ourselves—as an agency—at a major launch event held at Çırağan Palace, attended by some of the largest construction brands in the sector and broadcast live on news channels. There was clearly a significant need for such a platform. While foreign investors were highly interested in Turkey, the lack of a digital hub bringing all major projects together meant that investors and developers could not easily connect. Following the launch, the project generated substantial revenue and was successfully transferred to various investors through a well-executed exit strategy developed by MODD/group.
