All 360-degree communication activities for the Town Office project, developed by Keleşoğlu İnşaat on Istanbul’s Basın Express Road, were carried out by ModdGroup Advertising Agency. The project included naming, logo, corporate identity, website, catalog, brochure, outdoor advertising, and digital advertising campaigns.
Throughout the project, communication with domestic investors was carried out through social media and Google ads, resulting in strong sales performance. At the same time, digital advertising campaigns were executed to promote the project to international investors, particularly those in the Gulf Region.
Targeted brochure distributions were carried out specifically across Basın Express and all commercial establishments within a 10 km radius. Through these pinpoint distributions — the most successful marketing model for the project’s office sales — the campaign effectively reached its direct target audience.
