We carried out MODD/group Advertising Agency concept studies for Kiler GYO, one of Turkey’s largest real estate developers, for the Reference Kartal Panorada project in Istanbul Kartal. Strategies for domestic and foreign investors were developed within the scope of catalog, billboard and sales office interior design studies.
Within the scope of all studies, first of all, the project location was examined in detail. Communication materials were designed by observing many details such as transportation advantages, social advantages, entertainment centers, hospitals, shopping centers, etc. Catalog designs were developed by producing slogans for all the profitable points of the project.
