As one of Turkey’s leading real estate developers, Kiler GYO entrusted MODD/group Advertising Agency with the concept development for its Referans Kartal Panorada project located in Istanbul Kartal. Within the scope of catalog design, billboard visuals, and sales office interior design, strategic approaches were developed to effectively target both domestic and international investors.
Tüm çalışmalar dahilinde öncelikle proje lokasyonu detaylıca incelendi. Ulaşım avantajları, sosyal avantajlar, eğlence merkezleri, hastaneler, alışveriş merkezleri vs gibi birçok detay gözlemlenerek, iletişim materyalleri tasarlandı. Projenin tüm kazançlı noktaları için sloganlar üreterek katalog tasarımları geliştirildi.
